The tools you’ll learn in this program will serve you well your
whole life—even after the headache is gone.

You’re not alone.
I spent almost five years with a headache. Now I’m passionate about helping other women find relief and hope.
As a certified Solution-Focused Coach, I am your professional partner whose aim is to support you in envisioning your best life—and taking the steps to get there.

 How does it work?
During our first session, we’ll identify your specific goals for our work together.
We’ll spend about 45 minutes a week together for 12 weeks.
Most of my coaching services are provided over the phone or Skype. If you live in the Seattle, Washington area I am happy to offer in-person options as well.

This program is for you if:
You’re feeling frustrated by insufficient relief and side-effects from medications.
Headaches are impacting your ability to contribute your best at work,
spend time with those you love, and enjoy fun activities.
You want to better manage your headaches.
You're ready to take action to improve your quality of life.

These factors can have a positive impact on your headaches:
Environment: avoiding environmental triggers
Behavior: regular exercise, healthy diet, regular sleep schedule,
avoiding excess alcohol and caffeine, not smoking, using medications as directed, and avoiding food triggers.
Thoughts and emotions: being able to relax and quiet your mind.

If you're relying on medications and other medical interventions to relieve your headaches, you may be missing opportunities to feel better.
