How
does it work?
During our first session, we’ll identify your specific goals for our work
together.
We’ll spend about 45 minutes a week together for 12 weeks.
Most of my coaching services are provided over the phone or Skype. If you
live in the Seattle, Washington area I am happy to offer in-person options
as well.

Environment:
avoiding environmental triggers
Behavior:
regular exercise, healthy diet, regular sleep schedule,
avoiding excess alcohol and caffeine, not smoking,
using medications as directed, and avoiding food triggers.
Thoughts
and emotions: being able to relax and quiet your mind.
If you're relying on
medications and other medical interventions to relieve your headaches, you
may be missing opportunities to feel better.
