The Quieting the Mind Program includes a series of science-based exercises and techniques for mastering your mind. You’ll learn how to:

 
  Let go of things more easily so you can relax and enjoy your life more
Increase mindfulness
Turn down the constant chatter in your mind and develop more positive self-talk
Live in the present moment and have greater peace of mind
Feel less stressed and more able to “go with the flow”, which can reduce the
negative effects of stress on your health
