Based on the
self-improvement strategy of Benjamin Franklin, this year long program
is great for people who want to do it all. It helps to develop balance
and improvement across key areas of your whole life.
This program begins with a
session to clarify your desired outcomes for the year and the 12 areas
of focus. For example, these could be 12 aspects of your life (family,
friends, work, health, spiritual, creativity, wealth, etc.) or 12
traits you’d like to further develop (patience, compassion, strength,
flexibility, enthusiasm, gratitude, etc.).
Each quarter, we’ll focus
in turn on each of the 12 areas, followed by a week of integration.
This cycle repeats 4 times over the course of the year |
