to do than we have time and energy to do it—it’s easy to feel overwhelmed.
There's a reason we can find ourselves staring at the television when
we're supposed to be cleaning out the garage. Feeling overwhelmed can be
paralyzing. You’ll learn the secrets behind why we get overwhelmed and how
to get unstuck when it happens. Leave this workshop with techniques you
can use in 5 minutes or less to help you better manage your time and
energy.
Small Steps to Managing Time
4 week in-depth class series

Do
you feel like you don’t have enough time? In this 4 week class we’ll look
at ways to make the best use of our time. You’ll learn easy techniques for
prioritizing, getting around procrastination and focusing on the task at
hand without feeling overwhelmed. These tools are simple to use and work
well even if you don’t have a lot of energy.
